Products except Luxury or Premium: All the products of the brand are available for a limited time only. Once sold out there is a very rare possibility for the item to be restocked.

Luxury or Premium Products: All the products in luxury and Premium category are available for the limited time. Once the item is sold it will not be restocked.

Return and Refund Policy for Rushush:

At Rushush, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Refund/replacement/return policy:

We don't accept returns. But we can provide refunds or replacements for quality problems, wrong items, lost packages, broken items, and stuck orders. Can't accept Refund/replacement/return with the reason that is subjective reason like I don't like it etc.

If it is a quality problem (wrong items), you need to provide clear picture proof and a short video if we can’t find out the problem through pictures.

If the customer really wants to return, we will only refund the amount we charged you.  Besides, the customer has to cover everything when he ships out the goods.  We will reject cash-on-delivery international parcels. In addition, we will inspect the goods to see if they can be resold. If it arrives broken or can’t be sold again, we will not be able to issue a refund.

And you need to tell us within 7 business days of the delivery.  If it exceeds 7 business days, we might not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

 

Condition of Returned Items:

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and tags. We cannot process returns for items that have been damaged or altered in any way.

All returns must be returned in the same condition as when they were received (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.). 

Any return that shows evidence of wear or does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions will be rejected. 

Your original shipping expenses, taxes, and/or Route Shipping Insurance will not be repaid if you return the item. 

Orders are subject to customs. The custodian is responsible for any tasks linked with overseas orders.

All site-wide sale periods and reduced purchases are FINAL SALE, and anything purchased during these times are not available for return or exchange.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER:

We work swiftly to complete and dispatch your order at RusHush, thus we are unable to make any modifications once you have placed your purchase. Before making a purchase, please double-check that the goods in your order and your address are correct. If you have any questions, please EMAIL, DM, or CHAT with us before placing an order.

Refunds or Exchanges:

We will issue a refund to your original payment method for the full purchase price of the returned item(s) once we receive them and verify that they are in good condition with tags and labels intact. If you prefer, we can also offer an exchange for a different item or store credit.

Shipping Fees:

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return arrives safely.
